Oramalytics is a business intelligence and AI consultancy with offices in Miami and Dubai. We build the intelligence layer that turns company data into decisions — and we have lived with the consequences of those decisions ourselves.
Why that matters
Ten years running an e-commerce operation teaches you things a consulting career does not.
You learn that most dashboards answer questions nobody asked. That the metric everyone agrees to track is rarely the one that moves the business. That there is a large gap between an interesting insight and one worth acting on — and that the difference only becomes obvious when it is your money.
You also learn what it feels like to be the client. To be handed a report you cannot interrogate. To be sold a platform that solves a problem you do not have. To ask a straight question and get a proposal back.
Oramalytics was built by people who have been on both sides of that table.
What we actually do
We build the layer between your data and your decisions.
Sometimes that is a predictive model forecasting demand six weeks out. Sometimes it is a single well-constructed dashboard that replaces four spreadsheets and an argument. The work is defined by the decision you are trying to make better, not by the technology we happen to know.
Business intelligence and analytics
Data architecture, reporting layers, and dashboards designed for the person opening them on a Monday morning — not the person who built them.
Applied AI
Predictive models, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation built on your operational data.
Data strategy
What to measure, how to govern it, and how to turn it into something a leadership team can act on.
Readiness assessment
An honest evaluation of whether your data can support what your board is asking for — before the budget is committed.
How we work
We ask what decision you are trying to make
Before any conversation about Tableau, Power BI, or machine learning, we want to understand the decision. Tools follow from that. Occasionally the answer is that you do not need us.
We tell you what we find
If your data cannot support the AI initiative leadership has asked for, you will hear that early, in writing, with a clear explanation of what would need to change. An honest assessment that saves a wasted year is worth more than an optimistic one that endorses a project destined to stall.
We build for you to own
Documentation, handover, and training are part of every engagement. If you want us involved long term, we would welcome that — but it should be because the work is valuable, not because nobody else understands how the system functions.
We stay small and senior
You work with the people doing the work. There is no account manager between you and the person building your model.
Where we work
Miami, United States
Our US practice, serving clients across North America.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Our GCC practice, opened as organizations across the region accelerate toward the UAE AI Strategy 2031.
Working across both markets means our delivery standards were set in one of the world’s most competitive analytics environments and applied in one of its fastest-moving.
Who we work with
Our team’s experience includes work with organizations such as Citibank and Deloitte, alongside companies in retail, professional services, and financial services.
We work best with organizations that hold more data than they currently use, and that have enough internal capability to act on what we build.
What we believe
Data foundations before models
A sophisticated model built on unreliable data produces confident, wrong answers — the worst possible outcome.
Explainability matters
A model nobody on your team understands is a model nobody acts on. We optimize for accuracy and interpretability together.
Dashboards are for humans
Most analytics interfaces are designed by people who already know where everything is.
The best consultant makes themselves unnecessary
The goal is capability inside your organization, not dependency on ours.
